ATTENDANCE COMMITMENT IS FOR ONE EVENING PER MONTH for 2018. You are committing for your own integrity and for respect for the group cohesion.
You can miss some groups, that's ok, but you still pay for the whole year: there will be no refunds for cancellations. The membership year-long price keeps the group going and sponsors at least one woman to attend in spite of her financial hardship. You are committing to try to miss no more than three workshops per year, and give me advanced notice. please let us know a minimum of 48 hours in advance if you are going to be absent, so I can plan activities, supplies, and refreshments, appropriate to the number of attendees. Know that when you don't attend, the money you have paid contributes to the benefit of other women.

Zia is also trained in treating Compulsivity or Process Addictions such as Sex Addiction, Shopaholism and Eating Disorders...Zia has thousands of hours of experience conducting healing with groups and individuals, including counseling groups, families, and individuals at community clinics.....
Additional info: Zia studied with world-renowned anthropologists Michael Harner and Alberto Villoldo which added to her skills, knowledge and practices of indigenous healing methods from her Native ancestors.
Zia will guide the group in Practical Exercises & Experiences exploring ancient and modern secrets of women's vitality. This ongoing workshop is designed to help us women feel calm, grounded, empowered, connected, pampered, restored, replenished, and rejuvenated.
The atmosphere will be an 'urban temple of feminine power', supportive and transformative.
All you have to believe in is your own intuition that there is more power in being female than our current culture has conditioned us to believe. In a supportive atmosphere, Zia will guide the group in unlocking the mysteries of what some are calling "goddess power". We will tap into the "goddess archetype" referred to in many forms in art and cultures around the world that depict the power of the feminine in a positive light. We will experience powerful awakenings within ourselves.
There will also be time to go within and reflect, discover our true goals and inner guidance, as well as time to ‘reset’ and reprogram our bodies to return to their natural calm state.
There will also be opportunities to share our monthly and longterm intentions in a nonjudgmental, mutually supportive atmosphere.
Together, we will grow our powers of positive envisioning and manifestation of change in all areas of our lives/communities.
The location is a Beautiful Yoga-Studio with hardwood floors, near downtown SEATTLE.
It will be complete with refreshments including organic herbal and medicinal teas and the finest aromatherapy.
If you forget to bring your own, Yoga mats and props/blankets will be available.
Bring: your Crystal or Jade YONI EGG (click for link to my favorite gemstone yoni egg company that doesn't use chemicals or dyes when they polish their yoni eggs, and their eggs are the most affordable. Most ladies start with Un-Drilled Large Yoni Eggs. You work your way to using smaller eggs as your pelvic floor strengthens). Bring also: a water bottle or thermos, comfortable clothing, journal, yoga mat. There is a shower onsite! Bring your own towel & toiletries: if you bike to group, or want to freshen up before or after.
There is a full kitchen & lounge area for potlucks if we decide as a group that we want to schedule a meal as an extension of one or more of our evenings together:)....
